Description
Anisha is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate providing support for children, adolescents, and adults. She believes that healing begins with a strong and trusting professional relationship between the counselor and client, and that the client is the expert on what wellness looks like for them. Through this foundation, change is achieved by increasing insight and identifying patterns from adverse childhood experiences to help alleviate the client’s suffering.
Understanding the client’s unique strengths helps establish and achieve goals to foster positive change and lessen the impact of emotional pain that often results from trauma. Anisha believes in the uniqueness of every client and emphasizes the importance of approaching each client with cultural sensitivity. She offers unconditional empathy to create a safe space for clients to confront the underlying issues negatively impacting her clients’ lives and tailors the approach used to best help each individual.
