Description
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapy Associate, passionate about serving children, adolescents, young adults ages 4-27, across Washington state both in-person and virtually. I have 10+ years of working with children, adolescents, young adults, and families both in private systems and education systems.
I recognize that these years are crucial to healthy and secure development while also noting that the idea of starting therapy can bring up various emotions. It is my priority to ensure my clients feel welcomed into a non-judgmental, client-centered space where they can feel encouraged to express and process their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors however it feels most comfortable to them (ex: art, play therapy, talk-therapy).
I want my clients to know and feel that I am fully present and engaged while showing that I understand, and care about what it is they are going through. I also recognize that it takes a collaborative effort to ensure my clients are receiving the support they need and deserve outside of the therapy space.
I strive to work alongside parents, teachers, and physicians while being an advocate for my clients.
