Eliza works with clients from adolescence to adulthood struggling with life transitions, relationship issues, anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders, and eating disorders. She welcomes individuals who may be queer or questioning. She utilizes a strengths-based approach as well as elements of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Cognitive Behavior Therapy.
It is her hope that her clients are empowered to build fulfilling lives in the context of who they are and their environment. She believes in building a safe and strong therapeutic alliance that is welcoming, non-judgmental, and inclusive.
